Whether you wear your favorite running gear or the sweetest costume ever, please join us November 6th for one of Denver’s premier 5K family fun events.

You might wonder how an event called “The Great Candy Run” promotes a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle is a balance of proper nutrition, good choices, and movement. The Great Candy Run will get you moving: run or walk the 5k, or simply chasing your little one through the fun family festival. Parents that come out with their little ones are setting a great example that will hopefully last a lifetime.

What to Expect

Family expo for kids of all ages with games, activities, and vendors

Coda Coffee Kids fun run athletes receive a kids’ medal and a small treat bag
5K is led by sweet Harleys from the Ridin for a Reason Motorcycle Club
Prizes for best costumes in Kids’, Team, Adult, Volunteer, and Volunteer Group categories
Prize money
5K finisher medals for the first 6000 finishers
Face painting
Long sleeve tech t-shirts in youth sizes as well as gender-specific sizing for adults!
Balloon artists
Live band- Retro (80’s cover band)
On course music, including DJ mixing candy themed music live.
Bubbles galore
Cinnamon Crunch Bagels compliments of Panera Bread
